It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gregory William Sharpe of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sharpe and Marilyn Sharpe (Mickey). He is survived by: his wife Amy Lietz; his daughters, Emily Bowen (Dane), Campbell and Taylor; his brothers, Douglas Sharpe (Mary) and Michael Sharpe (Brenda); his brother-in-law Shawn Lietz (Debbie); his in-laws, Mike and Karen Lietz; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb Stromgren (Laura), Brandon Stromgren (Thao), Walker Bassett (Kennedy), Jeffrey Lietz, Cooper Lietz, Hannah Sharpe, Kelly Main (Jonathan), Will Sharpe and Tess Sharpe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (8550 Pioneers Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68520). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
