He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Irene; and his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Bret Gottschall, Tiffany Gottschall and Dawn Bolen; his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Tess and Donovan; his siblings, Mary Teers, Stan Gottschall, Keith Gottschall, Paul Gottschall and Joe Gottschall; and his sisters-in-law, LaVonne Kaup and Sue Henggeler.
A reception was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (5200 R St, Lincoln, NE 68504).
