He is survived by: his wife Cindy Novotny; his son Keith (Angie Dudek); his grandchildren, Kaydin and Ashlee Dudek; his siblings, Bernadine Cmehil, Maxine (Ed McGarvie) and Ken; and his sister-in-law Janet Dudek.
