He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Cecil and Mabel Cecil (Kyle). He is survived by: his children, Greg Cecil (Darice), Kristin Cecil and Brian Robinson; and his grandchildren, Alia, Jonah, Ian, Zach and Zoe.
