He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Arthur and Nina Marjorie Bridger; his son Pat; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Bridger; his parents-in-law, Kathryn and Lewis; and his grandson Chris Bridger.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, Steve Bridger (Sue), Dave Bridger (Mary), Kathy Foust (Bob), Julie Morton (Jim) and Karen Corscadden (Lee). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Memorials in lieu of flowers to the family for later designation.
