With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Schrock in Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Geneva, Nebraska, who passed away on December 13, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Schrock and Lucille Schrock (Mussman); his granddaughter Abby Schrock; his sister Sharol; and his brother-in-law Donald Griess.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Schrock; his children, Pamela Young (Rodney) of Lincoln, NE, Mary Jo Roemmich (Tom) of Lincoln, NE, Steven Schrock (Tracy) of Hastings, NE, Tracy Space of Kearney, NE and Erin Adam (Randall) of Windsor, CO; and his sister Sharon Ebert (Bob) of Hastings, NE. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (5200 R St, Lincoln, NE 68504). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to his family for a later designation.
