He was predeceased by: his father Gene Maier. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Maier (Wolph); his sisters, Cindy Grandman (Jack) and Julie Maier; his nephew Nick Rainforth; his niece Liz Tolve (Nick); his great-nephew Caden Rainforth; and his nephew Nate Rainforth.
