He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina and Don; his uncles, Ed, Bill and Bob; and his aunt Cece.
He is survived by: his daughters, Hilde and Myra; his brothers, Mick (Sarah), Larry (Vicki), Rick (Shelli) and Tim (Marti); his aunts, Janice and Mary Ann; his uncle Ken (Cally); and his cousin David (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM at the St John the Apostle Catholic Church (7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
To honor Don, memorials may be made to Hilde and Myra McKee or to Pius X High School.
