She is survived by: her mother Natalie Roth; her children, Scott Gaines (Patrice) of Lincoln, NE, Phil Gaines (Ann) of Overland Park, KS and Mary Mayfield (Steve) of Wahoo, NE; her grandchildren, Brady Gaines (Bri), Karli Hoffman (Derek), Ryan Gaines (Arica), Allison Curry (Kevin), Hana Mayfield and Riley Mayfield; and her niece Marlene Love. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
