With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Devereaux Wachtel of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Syracuse, Nebraska, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Gene Wachtel and Cecil Wachtel (Vern). He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Wachtel; his siblings, Michael Heberlee, James Wachtel, Tobiann (Mark Cole), Susanne (Kevin Norder) and Dane (Jeanette Wachtel); his nephews, Christopher Cole, Matthew Clark, Dustin Clark and Jimmy (Rebecca Wachtel); and his niece Heather Clark.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butherus (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Southview Church (2040 S 22nd St, Lincoln, NE 68502). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Rosewood Cemetery.
