He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kuhfahl and Sylvia Kuhfahl; his wife Elizabeth Ann Kuhfahl (Betty); and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Applebee, Kimberlee Turvey, JoAn and Randy Maxwell of Lincoln, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
