She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Peterson and Mary Peterson (Jackson); her siblings, Bob Peterson and JoDell Payne; her brother-in-law John Payne; her niece Ann Payne; and her great-nephew Kayden Peterson.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Cheryl Peterson; her nieces and nephews, Scott, Matthew, David Peterson, Linda Payne-Kitt, Nancy Payne and Steven Payne; and her sister Ketty Rodriques Moro.
