It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia (Cindy) Lea Wehrwein of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Wehrwein; and her parents, Patricia Roth and Edward Roth. She is survived by: her children, Ron Wehrwein (Mary), Caroline Wehrwein (Charles) and Matthew Wehrwein (Sue); her grandchildren, Austin, Ian, Audrey, Lacey and Carmen; her great grandchildren, Tyler and Fenix; her siblings, Michael Roth (Judy) of Colorado Springs, Susan Klein of Bellevue, Jonathan Roth (Cyndy) of Lincoln, Lisa Beeson (Mike) of Waverly and Jan Schoonover (Robert) of Lincoln; and also Amelia. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and 14 grand nieces and nephews.
Cindy's family requests that in lieu of flowers or other remembrances that donations be made in her name to The Cat House, a non-profit animal shelter in Lincoln, Nebraska.
