He is survived by: his mother Nancy Johnson of Lincoln; his wife Betty (Rempe); his children, Vince Johnson (Lindsey) of Lincoln, Vanessa Fabiano (Chris) of Elkhorn and Valerie Rubin (Andrew) of Gretna; his mother-in-law Joan Rempe of Superior; and his grandchildren, Charlie Johnson, Arlo, Isla Fabiano, Elyas and Penelope Rubin. He is also survived by siblings, in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
