She was predeceased by: her son Gregory; and her parents, Vilas Claar and Madelyn Jarvis. She is survived by: her spouse Darrell Melstrom; her siblings, Margie Cranmer of North Platte, Orena (Ken Hammeke) of Larned, Kansas and Ray (Myrva Claar) of Battlefield, Missouri; her grandson Bryan (Tiffany Melstrom) of North Platte; her great grandchild Zowie Melstrom; her niece Keri (Bryan Lynn); her nephew Jeff Hammeke; and also Linda Norman of Brady.
