She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Daake and Thelma Daake (Carmen); her sister Deb Obermiller; her brother-in-law Kenny Beck; her nephew Larry Lienemann; and her niece Cassie Hedglin.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Sims; her daughter Sara Sims of Grand Island, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Darrion Sims of Grand Island, Nebraska and Kiana Williams of Grand Island, Nebraska; and her sisters, Donna Beck of Kearney and Karla Shafer (Richard) of Gibbon, Nebraska. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
