He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Horn and Velma Horn (Garringer); his wife Betty Reddick; his children, Jenny and Gale; his siblings, Ronald (Jeannie), Dwight, Clifton, Beverly Stark (Darrell) and Phyllis Shephard (Eldred); and his brothers-in-law, Ike Shephard and Ronald Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Suzann (David "Chip" Burnett) of Danvers, Jerry (Elaine Horn) of Shubert, Nebraska and Grant Horn of Lexington; his siblings, Gary (Kathy Horn) of Elwood, Eunice Shepherd of North Platte and Wanda Howell of Cozad; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Stombaugh of Kearney and Karen Horn of Gibbon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
