Holbrook (Monte) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Preston Holbrook (Bonnie), DJ Salas (Sabrina), Jennifer Caulder (Ben), Ryan Ferjak (Johni), Galen Gifford, Felicia Holbrook, Rebecca Armijo and Dallas Gifford; his great grandchildren, Devon Salas, Daniel Salas, Lia Salas, Briana Armijo, Dorian Holler, Mikailie Caulder, Deliliah Caulder, Emmett Caulder, Kaitlynn Benda, Kylie Benda, Oliver Ferjak, Barrett Staman, Levi Holbrook, Cameron Holbrook, Evelyn Holbrook, Mycah Holbrook, Adien Holbrook and Lowgyn Holbrook; his great great grandchild Savino Holguin; and his siblings, Galen J.
