He is survived by: his children, Michael Shada (Marie) of Broken Bow, Cynthia Schmidt (Shane) of Lexington, Bryan Frerichs (Cheryl) of McDonough, GA, Jeanne Pierce (Randy) of Lincoln, Rob Bullis (Linda) of Lexington and Kevin Bullis (Nancy) of Elwood; his brother Wayne Shada (Jeanne) of Scotts Valley, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Elias Ferzoli, Joe Ferzoli, Selma Frieha of Canada, Josafein Salloum of Canada and Maria Ferzoli of Canada. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
