He is survived by: his wife Wanda of Lexington; his children, Christy Underwood (John) of Azle, Cindy Frerichs of Sumner, Rosalie Zlomke of Grand Island and Daniel Phillips (Kim) of Tempe; his grandchildren, Stephanie Werkau (Josh), Casey Phillips, Matthew Underwood (April), Sheila Rollins, Caprice Ladner (Chad), Tammy Dietz (Chris), Andrew Frerichs (Ayla), Jamie Tellus (Jason), Emma Frerichs, Jennifer Frerichs, Jacob Frerichs (Jillian), John Frerichs (Haleigh), Calvin Frerichs, Anna Frerichs, Philip Zlomke (Alicia) and Susan Newman (Jason); his brother Dale Phillips of Holdrege; and his siblings-in-law, Wesley Dreher (Jo) of Arvada, Rod Dreher (Dixie) of Elwood and Maxine Misterek of Elwood. He is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren (with one on the way); one great-great-grandson.
