Clara Bell Lantz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Bell Lantz of Lexington, Nebraska, born in Cozad, Nebraska, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Hemphill and Francis Hemphill (Newhouse); her former husband Victor Houser; her husband Harold Lantz; her son-in-law Jerry Nichelson; and her siblings, Wayne Hemphill, Dale Hemphill, Ann Tucker, Pauline Coover and Doyle Hemphill.
She is survived by: her children, Myrna Nichelson of Chula Vista and Roger Houser of Elwood; her sister Kay Naylor of Cozad; and her grandchildren, Kim Baranek (Scott), Scott Slater, Rick Slater (Laurie), Montie Slater, Mistie Slater and Jami Havener (Cody). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial has been established in Clara's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
