We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2025, at the age of 69, Carlos Martinez Argueta of Lexington, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarvelio Martinez and Rosa Elvira Argueta. He is survived by: his children, Ulises Martinez of Guatemala, Monica Martinez of Lincoln and Suzy (Samuel Gomez) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jonatan Orozco Martinez, Michael Orozco Martinez, Kimberly Portillo Martinez, Nancy Portillo Martinez, Melanie Gomez Martinez, Isabella Martinez and Janely Gomez Martinez; his brother Dimas Martinez Juarez of Guatemala; and his aunt Fidelia Argueta of South Dakota. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reynolds-Love Funeral Chapel (106 W 8th St, Lexington, NE 68850). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (75662 County Rd 434, Lexington, NE 68850).
