She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Knight and Emily "Peggy" Knight (Payne); and her stepdaughter Stacy Babe Wulf. She is survived by: her former husband Gary Babe; her husband Matt Duryea of Lexington; her daughters, Sarah Dockum (Paul) of Hastings and Emily Knight of Holdrege; her stepdaughters, Erica Okuthe (Vex) of Texas and Evah Martinez of Texas; and her grandchildren, Cheyanne, Cody, Caleb, Riley, Payton, Bryce, Angel, Kal-El, Makeda, Gio, Kenny, Leona and Ida. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial has been established in Betty's honor, and kindly suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
