He is survived by: his parents, Carol Harris (Jerry Miller) of Gothenburg and Charles Edward Mladek, Jr. of Cozad; his siblings, Frank Mladek (Barb) of Lexington, Johnie Witthuhn (Danelle) of Lincoln, Meranda Mladek of San Antonio, TX and Brandi Coufal of Grand Island; his nieces and nephews, Aubree Mladek (Jordan) of Willow Island, Emma Mladek of Cozad, Kelsey Cassel (Axel) of Kearney, Jesse Mladek of Cozad, Asiah Mladek of Gothenburg, Axel Cassel of Kearney, Dylynn Coufal of Grand Island and Ander Witthuhn of Lincoln; and his great-nieces, Tenleigh Malcom of Kearney and Dawsyn Cassel of Kearney.
