He is survived by: his brother Russel Luce; his wife Barbara Hart (Root); his children, Randy Hart, Christine Hart of Indiana, Adam Hill (Jill) and Frankie "April" Hill (Kristin); his grandchildren, Bubba, Keona, Aliyah, Allison, Elizabeth Alexander, MaKayla Dolph-Hill and Jeremy Hart of Scottsbluff; his siblings, Russell Luce of Gering, Nebraska and Yvonne Conklin (Luce) of Arvada; and also Doug Leopold. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family and friends.
