He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Wesley Cooley (Nancy), William and Laura; his sons, Thomas (Elizabeth), William (Monique) and Jeffrey Cooley (Shelly); his grandchildren, Audrey, Mark, Anne, Alejandra, Valeria, Adrian, Victoria, Schyler, Cydney and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Ralph and Santiago.
