She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Roland and Dorothy Sass. She is survived by: her children, Caitlyn, Caleb and Caydence Simmons; her grandson Cade Simmons; her mother Ginger Sass; and her brothers, Brock (Vicki) and Brent (Kristin Sass). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
