She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Sedlacek; and her daughter Carolyn Fuentez. She is survived by: her son Ken Sedlacek (Cheryl) of Loveland; her grandchildren, Kristin Sedacca (Spence) of Loveland, Karlin Goggin (Dave) of Loveland, Mark Fuentez (Katie) of Costa Mesa and Jeffry Fuentez; her great grandchildren, Carter, Calvin Smith, Connor, Danika Goggin, Lena and Lauren Sedacca; and her sister-in-law Doris Busse of Columbus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
