He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Cindy Alharithy, Doug Doerr (Susan) and Brian Doerr (Laurie Bell); his grandchildren, Haley, Zach, Colin, Dylan, Karlee and Jaden; his siblings, Ray Doerr (Joyce) and Stella Gutz (Luther); and his siblings-in-law, Janiece Doerr-Carr (Jerry Carr), Tom Guernsey and Lloyd Beethe. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
