She was predeceased by: her son Shannon Lae Welch; her parents, Ruby May Blake and Harold Mervin Blake; her stepmother Jennie A. Blake; and her brother Leonard LeRoy Blake.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Todd Welch of LaVista; her sisters, Doris Holt of Warner Robins, GA and Leatha Pearson of Centennial, CO; and her former husband Howard Welch of Henderson.
