He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. Fritschen and Matilda Fritschen (Wehner); his daughter Annita Kay Thomas; his sons-in-law, David Pritchard and Randy Lanser; and his siblings, Andy Fritschen, Marjorie Kolbach (Gene) and Beverly Guenther.
He is survived by: his friend Hazel Robinson; his wife Hazel of Laurel; his daughter Annette Pritchard of Laurel; his grandchildren, Susan Pritchard of Sioux Falls, SD, Lori Lowe (Spencer) of Lincoln, NE, Amy Dohma (Matt) of Newcastle, NE and John Thomas (Aleta) of Grand Island, NE; his great grandchildren, Cade Dohma, Taylor Lowe, Lily Thomas and Piper Thomas; his son-in-law John Thomas of Aurora, NE; his sisters, Marian Schultz (Julius) of Sioux Falls, SD and Geraldine Oberembt of Mitchell, SD; and his sister-in-law Ruby Fritschen of Great Falls, MT.. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests any memorials to be directed to the Laurel Community Foundation or Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Laurel.
