He was predeceased by: his parent LaVerle Obermeyer; and his brother Gerald Obermeyer. He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Zila of Wayne, NE; his mother Anna Mae Obermeyer (Bach) of Wakefield, NE; and his brothers, Scott Obermeyer of Wakefield, NE, Brian Obermeyer (Kris) of Bennington, NE and Steven Obermeyer (Deb) of Pender, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
