He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milliken and Dorothy Milliken (Kugler); his spouse LaVera Mae Urwiler; his daughter Colleen Knudsen; his granddaughter Katie Ann Knudsen; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Hovde, Harley Urwiler, Jim Campbell, James Urwiler and LaVerne Urwiler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Schmitz (Tom) of Wayne, NE and Candace Kilawee (Kevin) of Gretna, NE; his son-in-law John Knudsen of Laurel; his siblings, Lorraine Hovde of Sioux City, IA, Jere Milliken (Lynne) of Cape Cod, MA and Ron Milliken (Jude) of Wayne; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Campbell and Mary Ann Urwiler of Laurel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
