She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Kathern Maurer (VanKirk) and Elmer Maurer; her siblings, Alvin, Elmer Maurer Jr., Beverly Cline and Betty Cooper; and her son-in-law Les Mueller.
She is survived by: her husband Jim of Laurel; her children, Drew Westadt of Minneapolis, MN and Shawn Mueller of Lutherville, MD; her grandchildren, Rhiannon Root of Baltimore, MD, Ian, Mattie Mueller of Lutherville, MD, Justin Mueller of Sutherland, NE and Kerrianne Hager of Hickman, NE; and her siblings, Barbra Howard of Omaha and Roy Maurer (Linda) of Burleson, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
