She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Nichols and Pauline Nichols (Schonebaum); her husband Virgil Frank Buss; her siblings, Donald Nichols and Lorene; her brother-in-law Paul Hintz; her son-in-law Jerry Moss; her brother-in-law Robert Buss; her nephew Ronald Hintz; and her niece Patricia Hintz.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Buss (Jean) of Lincoln, NE, Barbara Moss of Mill Spring, MO, Beverly Eby (Dennis) of Beatrice, NE, Paula Engel of Rudy, AR and Shelly Carstens of Creighton, NE; and her sister-in-law Delores Buss of Laurel, NE. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, and 3 nephews.
