She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bierschenk and Eleanore Bierschenk (Lieting); her brothers, Charlie, Robert "Bob", Donald, Duane and Eugene "Gene"; her husbands, Rodney Leapley and Donald "Donnie" Helms; and her sons, Ricky Leapley, Randy Leapley and David Helms.
She is survived by: her children, Karla (Leapley) Cunningham (Todd), Kelly (Helms) White (Dennis) and Donald "Don" Helms (Julie); and her siblings, Merle (Anita), Gary and Elaine (Bierschenk) Wattier (Tom). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
