With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Clentonia Murphy (La Vista, Nebraska), who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald A. Murphy, Sr.; her son Ronald A. Murphy, Jr.; and her granddaughter Caitlin Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Murphy (Julie) and Brenda Dorcey; and her grandchildren, Sam Murphy, Scott Murphy, Shannon Murphy (Graham), Demi Ludington (Vance), Dani Huff, Beth Riley, Mike Dorcey (Jodi), Paul Dorcey (Haley), Mark Dorcey (Allie), Sean Murphy (Leesha), Meghan Hartman (Koby), Ryan Murphy and Jill Murphy. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and many more family and friends.
A reception will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bethany Funeral Home & Cremation Service (8201 Harrison St, La Vista, NE 68128). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Cedar Dale Cemetery (1124 Coach Rd, Papillion, NE 68046).
