She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Carlisle Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Carlisle, Richard "Rick" Jr. Carlisle (Rhonda), Kim Cunningham (Ronald) and Jeffrey Carlisle; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Carlisle, Nathan Carlisle, Tyler Cunningham, Austin Cunningham, Weston Carlisle and Madison Carlisle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
