She was predeceased by: her son Richard A. Bruns Jr.; her grandson Travis M. Bruns; her siblings, Robert Krelle and Doris Caughlin; and her parents, Walter Krelle and Margaret Krelle.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Bruns; her children, Greg Bruns (Terese), Brad Bruns (Ann) and Kim Kuti (Steve); and her daughter-in-law Monica Bruns. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
