He is survived by: his children, Laurie Apperson (Kerk), John Kinney, Jr. (Vicky) and Stephanie Kinney (Jon Sullivan); his sister Sharon Diller; and his uncle Jim Kinney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great - grandchildren; and nieces, nephews.
