She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Cuba; her parents, Anton Osentowski and Clara Osentowski; and her siblings, Lorraine Stout and Kenneth Osentowski.

She is survived by: her children, Danette Lynch (Jeffrey), Diana Larsen (Michael) and David Cuba (Kalleen); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Renee, Nathan, Michaela, Shane, Derek, Kolton and Taylor; and her brothers, Elwin Osentowski and Lucien Osentowski. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
