It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet C. (Osentowski) Cuba of La Vista, Nebraska, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Cuba; her parents, Anton Osentowski and Clara Osentowski; and her siblings, Lorraine Stout and Kenneth Osentowski.

She is survived by: her children, Danette Lynch (Jeffrey), Diana Larsen (Michael) and David Cuba (Kalleen); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Renee, Nathan, Michaela, Shane, Derek, Kolton and Taylor; and her brothers, Elwin Osentowski and Lucien Osentowski. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Gerald's Catholic Church (9602 Q St, Omaha, NE 68127). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (4912 Leavenworth St, Omaha, NE 68106).
