It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dottie Jean Winbolt of La Vista, Nebraska, who passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dottie Jean Winbolt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Jones and Beatrice Jones; her husband Swede Winbolt (Robert); her sister Darlene; her brother-in-law Loren Wolsleben; her brother Darrell; her sister-in-law Marie Jones; her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Marge Jones; her parents-in-law, Robert and Rose Winbolt; her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Winbolt, Ivan Winbolt, Leila (Dale Horner), Harry (Donna Winbolt) and Helen Seevers; and her nieces and nephews, Candy, Christy, Stacy, Doug, Dennis and Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Grate (John), Tim Winbolt (Ann) and Tina Persinger (Duane); her grandchildren, Dustin Grate (Jamie), Brenin Winbolt (Faith), Mikayla Wilkie (Rob), Samantha Grate, Amanda Sharpe (Cody), Kaitlyn Bennett (Brandon) and Jourdan Persinger (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Caylee, Willow, Casen, Meadow, Kyler, Ariana, Sophia, Braxton, Rylen and Gavin; and her sister-in-law Shirley Jones. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Church (10100 Cedar Island Rd, Bellevue, NE 68123).
Memorials may be made to the family to be donated as determined to some of Dottie's favorite charities.
