He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Stever and Joanne Stever; his wife Amy Stever; his daughters, Elizabeth Stever and Madelyn Stever; and his sisters, Angie Lewis (Rob), Casandra Stever (Justin) and Brittany Buchanan (Matt). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
