She was predeceased by: her parents, William Novotny and Esther Novotny (Burback); her sons, Richard Brent Gehrke and Jason Gehrke; and her friend Elsie Vogel.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Gehrke of Kimball; her daughter Michelle Williams (Mark) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her sister Peg Novotny DeFrance (Jerry) of Portland, Oregon; her grandson Brandon McKee; her stepgrandchildren, Matt and Shannon Williams; and her niece Brenna White.
Memorials may be given in Sharon's memory to Young Wives Extension Club.
