He is survived by: his wife Lois Fornstrom of Pine Bluffs, WY; his children, Steve Fornstrom (Karen) of Pine Bluffs, WY, Jeff Fornstrom (Sonja) of Pine Bluffs, WY, Stuart Fornstrom (Katt) of Pine Bluffs, WY, Susan Hoffman of Pine Bluffs, WY and Tisa Haas (Matt) of Pine Bluffs, WY; his brother Leonard Fornstrom (Kim) of Pine Bluffs, WY; his grandchildren, Zach (Shianne), Clint (Jessica), Brittany (Tevis), Ashley (Brian), Kyle, Wendy (Garrett), Bernie, Melissa, Doug, Emily and Ella; and his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Jesse, Johnna, Brenna, Leah, Addison, Gracie, Sydnie, Eve and Blake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
