He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Revell; his wife Debra Revell; his son Jerimi Revell (Jahira); his grandchildren, Michelle and Matthew; his child Ryan Revell (Kayla); his grandchildren, Michael and Mary; and his siblings, Dana Revell and Bryce Revell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family kindly requests contributions to be given in his memory to Kimball Hospital Foundation or St. John's Lutheran Church.
