He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cook of Kimball, NE; his daughter Tamara Cook of Gregory; his siblings, Ted Cook (Cindy) of Crystal, MN, Challice Jones of Milan, MO., Joan Gambrell (Richard) of Lakeside, AZ. and Janet Ferguson (Dean) of Springview, NE; and his grandchildren, Keaton Martinez, Caleb, Giada Blankenship, Nolan, Lane and Ty Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
