She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Panning and Norma "Jean" Panning (Bailey); and her husband Timothy Lukassen. She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Allen of Kimball, NE. and Jennifer Johnston (Erik) of Kansas City, MO; and her grandchildren, Skylar Sturgeon (Josh) and Madison Johnston.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cantrell Funeral Home (609 S Walnut St, Kimball, NE 69145).
Memorials may be given in her memory to the Scottsbluff Humane Society.
