It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Neal Yung of Kimball, Nebraska, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Yung and Fern Yung of Kimball, Nebraska.; and his brother Merton Yung. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Yung; his children, Kara Yung, Kirstin Yung, Kelsay Yung and Kendal Yung (Rachel); his grandchildren, August, Louie, Josie and Howie Yung; and his siblings, Roy Yung (Betty), Orin Yung (Gwen) and Jane Theobald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home (744 N 4th St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Continuous Curriculum School (16924 E Wellesley Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216).
