With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Warren Duane Nielsen of Kennard, Nebraska, who passed away on May 8, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Nielsen and Mary Nielsen; his wife Phyllis Klotz; his children, Susan York (Rick), Sally Nielsen, Sandra Glissmann (Bob), Sarah Maslowsky (Rick), Sharon Smith (Bob) and Matthew Nielsen; his grandchildren, Emily Smith (Kenny), Erick York (Kathleen), Andrew York, Jill Aksamit (Matt), Rachel Glissmann (Eric Theriault), Christine Glissmann, John Glissmann, Matthew Glissmann, David Maslowsky (Sarah), Jared Maslowsky (Kelly), Mara Ross (Vincent), Kyle Smith (Hillary), Kelsey Ross (Brandon), Rose Klein (Ryan), Allison Nielsen and Dalton Nielsen; and his sister-in-law Norma Sue Klotz. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson.
